Refund policy
This policy applies to products purchased on our website www.meusperfumery.com.
1. Your right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days without giving any reason, in accordance with Romanian Government Emergency Ordinance no. 34/2014. The 14-day period starts on the day you, or a person designated by you other than the courier, take physical possession of the products. If your order is delivered in several parcels, the period starts on the day you receive the last one.
2. Return conditions
To be eligible for a full refund, the product must be returned in the same condition in which you received it: unused, without stains, scratches or other damage, in its original packaging and with all labels attached.
For health protection and hygiene reasons, perfumes can be returned only with the original security seal (protective film) intact. Products that have been unsealed after delivery cannot be returned, unless they are defective or do not match their description (see Section 7).
If your order included gifts, such as samples, please return them together with the products.
3. How to return a product
We offer a simple online withdrawal process:
- Open our online Withdrawal and Return Form.
- Log in with your email address. You will receive a 6-digit verification code by email, so you can access your orders securely without a password.
- Select the order and the products you want to return, choose the return reason and submit your request. You will receive an automatic confirmation email once your request is registered.
- We will then send you an email with the return instructions and the address where the products should be sent.
You can also inform us of your decision to withdraw by email at contact@meusartperfumery.com, stating your order number and the products you want to return.
The products must be sent within 14 days from the day you informed us of your decision, to:

The cost of returning the products is paid by you. Please pack the products carefully, and we recommend using a tracked shipping service.
4. Order cancellation
You can cancel any product in your order free of charge until it has been shipped. To cancel, log in to the Withdrawal and Return Form, select your pending order and submit a cancellation request, or contact us by email. Once the cancellation is approved, the full amount paid for the cancelled products is refunded.
5. Refunds
5.1. We will refund the full amount paid for the returned products, including the cost of standard delivery, no later than 14 calendar days from the day you informed us of your decision to withdraw.
5.2. We may withhold the refund until we receive the products back or until you send us proof that you have shipped them, whichever is earlier.
5.3. The refund is made using the same payment method you used for the order, unless you expressly agree otherwise, and without any fees for you.
5.4. If you return only part of an order, the cost of standard delivery is refunded only when the whole order is returned.
5.5. If a returned product shows signs of use, damage or missing parts, we may deduct from the refund an amount corresponding to the loss in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning. We will inform you of any deduction before the refund is issued.
6. Products that cannot be returned
The right of withdrawal does not apply to perfumes and other sealed products that have been unsealed after delivery, for health protection and hygiene reasons, or to products personalised at your request. If such products are sent back, we will return them to you at your expense.
7. Damaged, defective or incorrect products
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective or different from what you ordered, contact us at contact@meusartperfumery.com, preferably within 2 months of discovering the issue, with your order number, a description of the problem and photographs.
In these cases, you are protected by the legal guarantee of conformity for 2 years from delivery, in accordance with Romanian Government Emergency Ordinance no. 140/2021. We will replace the product free of charge or, if replacement is not possible, offer a price reduction or a full refund. We cover the return shipping costs for these products.
