Shipping policy
1. Delivery in Romania
Orders delivered in Romania are shipped by FanCourier and usually arrive within 1 to 3 business days from the confirmation of the order.

2. International delivery
Orders delivered outside Romania are shipped by DPD International to the countries available at checkout and usually arrive within 3 to 10 business days, depending on the destination.
International delivery costs 125 lei per order, displayed at checkout in your local currency where applicable. Free delivery applies only to orders delivered in Romania.
For deliveries outside the European Union, the destination country may charge customs duties or import taxes. These are not included in the product price or delivery cost and are paid by the customer upon delivery.
3. Delivery times
Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Delivery times are estimates provided by our courier partners and may be longer during peak periods, such as holidays and promotional campaigns.
In all cases, your order will be delivered within 30 days of the conclusion of the contract. If we cannot deliver within this period, you may cancel your order and receive a full refund of all amounts paid within 14 days.
4. Order confirmation and tracking
After placing your order, you will receive an email confirming that we have received it. When your order is shipped, you will receive a second email with the shipping details and, where available, a tracking number.
5. Delivery address
Please make sure that the delivery address and phone number provided at checkout are complete and correct. The courier may contact you by phone to arrange delivery. If a parcel is returned to us because it could not be delivered, we will contact you to arrange a new delivery.
6. Damaged parcels
We pack every order carefully to protect the products during transport. We recommend checking your parcel on delivery. If the packaging is visibly damaged, you may refuse the parcel or ask the courier to record the damage, and please inform us as soon as possible at contact@meusartperfumery.com, with your order number and photographs of the parcel.
